We provide Leasing Services, Leasing Strategy and Master Planning, Retail Planning and Tenanacy Mix and Leasing Market Intelligence.

Joe’s Career Highlights

During my career, I held national roles and lead leasing roles on retail developments across regional, sub regional and neighborhood centres.

Prior to founding Haines Property Consulting in 2016, I held the position of National Leasing Manager at Federation Centres/Centro Properties where I was accountable for the leasing and development of a portfolio consisting of over 90 shopping centres.

Over the past 25 years, I have leased over 23 centre redevelopments and refurbishment/remix projects, including:

  • Cameron Park Plaza (NSW) – Woolworths plus 23 specialty stores. Opportunities available to lease.

  • Westmead IQ Development – Village Square (NSW) – Estimated completion December 2021. Opportunities available to lease.

  • Forestway Shopping Centre (NSW) – Static leasing

  • Caddens Corner (NSW) – Completion Due late November 2020 (Greenfield) Woolworths plus 33 specialty stores and Plus Fitness

  • Glenmore Park (NSW) – Completed 2017 (Greenfield) Coles and Aldi plus 30 specialty stores

  • Tarneit (VIC) – Completed 2017 (Greenfield) Coles, Aldi, Kmart and Harris Scarfe plus 60 specialty stores

  • Warnbro Centre (WA) – Completed 2013 addition of Big W plus 25 Specialty Stores

  • Top Ryde Stage 1 (NSW) – Completed 2008 Woolworths, Big W, Franklins and Aldi plus 100 specialty stores

  • Colonnades (SA) – Completed 2006 Woolworths & Big W, plus 90 specialty stores

Nick’s Career Highlights

Nick has extensive experience working in Shopping centre development, management and leasing. Specialised experience in Large Format Retail (LFRA) development and in new projects and infill leasing.

With over 20 years experience in shopping centres and working across a wide variety of assets, allows me to provide a range of services tailored to the needs of the owner and the asset.
